A case of fraud has been registered against him and is currently being investigated by the Nainital Police.He is NOT authorised to conduct any business whatsoever or take any reservations or advance deposits on behalf of The Grand Hotel.

The Grand Hotel shall not be held liable for any reservations or advance payments made to his personal account. Any communication with Mr Sameer Marwah is at your own risk.
