1. Please contact the Hotel directly for reservations. We do not take bookings through travel agents or proxy websites.
2. For reserving accommodation please mention the definite date of arrival and departure along with the names of all guests for each room booked. Photo ID proof has to be presented on check-in.
3. For confirmed bookings please send an advance of 50% of the total amount due for the stay.
4. The advance should be sent either by a Bank Draft payable at Nainital or by ECS to our HDFC account. We do not accept cheques.
5. Extra person charges will be levied for any personal staff accompanying guests.
6. If accommodation is not occupied on the date of reservation, the management will be free to let it out the following day.
